Job Summary
Monitor and analyze regulatory development and initiatives across the EU, Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Americas. Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure timely compliance while coordinating with internal teams, external consultants, and legal experts. Lead or support drafting submissions to consultations and proposals, including background documents and policy memos focused on regulatory and policy developments. Provide compliance advisory to the business, develop oversight measures to minimize risk, and assist with obtaining licenses and regulatory clearances. Research opportunities arising from regulatory reforms to maximize potential under existing licenses. This role reports to the VP International Regulatory Affairs and plays a key part in supporting PCCW Global's European regulatory engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, Public Policy or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, public affairs, or policy analysis and understanding of its commercial relevance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams
- Effective communication and diplomacy skills
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Confident and self-assured personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
