Job Summary
Manager, International Recruitment responsible for end-to-end international student recruitment pipeline from enquiry to enrolment, driving conversion and revenue outcomes. Lead sales strategy to meet international enrolment targets, manage global agent networks, collaborate with Marketing and Admissions, and optimize processes through data insights and CRM tools. Hybrid/on-site role based in Auckland, NZ, with a focus on ownership, performance, and cross-functional coordination across regions to ensure a high-quality prospective student experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in international education recruitment
- strong sales and pipeline management exposure
- CRM and student database proficiency
- data-driven forecasting and target delivery
- stakeholder and relationship management (agents, partners, internal teams)
- customer-centric problem-solving in international recruitment
