Job Summary
Marketing Manager, International Repertoire—drive end-to-end marketing campaigns for UMG's international roster in the Philippine market. Lead local, innovative campaigns across online and offline touchpoints for priority international projects; review performance and pivot strategies; mentor junior executives through pitches, reports, and campaign execution; act as local expert with up-to-date consumer, platform, and industry insights to inform strategies; coordinate cross-departmental efforts and pursue opportunities with partners and communities; manage timelines aligned with release dates; develop junior marketers through coaching and feedback; enhance visibility of repertoire with stakeholders regionally and globally; require strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and an ability to operate across diverse international markets.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive marketing experience with at least 5 years
- Managerial potential
- High digital marketing acumen
- Strategic thinking
- Consumer insights proficiency
- Industry experience in FMCG, telecommunications, e-commerce, music, entertainment, or related sectors
- Proven track record of executing successful global marketing campaigns
