Job Summary
Serve as the key point of contact between rhode and international distributors and retail customer operations teams, supporting day-to-day execution and market-specific supply chain needs. Continually assess opportunities to improve customer supply chain, reduce operational costs, and drive volume through supply chain metrics. Oversee smooth order processing and timely delivery across international customers, distributors, and retail partners with a focus on innovation planning and customer expansion. Provide weekly sell-in data versus forecast and associated risks to Finance, Sales, and Operations stakeholders. Track and monitor weekly sell-out data coupled with retailer in-stock levels in partnership with Demand Planning and Sales account leads. Participate in customer demand forecasting to maximize accuracy and influence assortment decisions to optimize sales and productivity. Partner with international teams to support new market launches, regional assortment expansion, and ongoing operational excellence. This role is based in the United Kingdom and European Union with a requirement to travel internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or another analytical field preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer supply chain, retail operations, customer logistics, demand planning, supply planning, or related operational roles
- Must have experience with Sephora and/or other global prestige beauty retailers
- Experience supporting international retailers, distributors, or global customer supply chain operations
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent Excel Skills and knowledge
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with retail partners, internal cross-functional teams and deliver results
- Ability to make thoughtful decisions when data is limited, ambiguous, or evolving
- Experience managing multiple countries, distributors, or regional supply chain requirements
- Willingness to travel internationally is required
- Location of Position: United Kingdom and European Union
- Travel Expectation: Must be willing to travel internationally for the business and to our HQ when needed
