Job Summary
Manager, Internal Finance responsible for leading Group Internal Financing activities within Group Treasury (Ireland) including loan management, lease portfolio oversight, pricing and risk, and governance. You will develop and maintain internal financing processes, prepare board materials, collaborate with Treasury and Group Tax, support strategic initiatives including M&A and internal restructuring, and serve as back-up for the Senior Manager, Internal Finance & Pricing. Based in Shannon, Ireland, with a finance-focused background, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English to engage with international stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field/equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Finance role
- Experience in developing and working with policies, governance, and internal controls
- Strong skills in computer/digital solutions
- Ability to present and advise on complex topics at management level
- Fluency in English
