Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Manager of Internal Data Platform to lead development in data infrastructure, managing a cross-functional Agile team, and aligning technical capabilities with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in software or data engineering, including 5+ years in a management role.
- Proven experience architecting solutions in AWS and Snowflake.
- Strong grasp of modern data architecture, ELT/ETL pipelines, and analytics enablement.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading Agile teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Python/PySpark, data warehousing, data lakes, and real-time/batch processing.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture, application modernization, and cloud-native strategies.
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, MDM, and data quality frameworks.
- Exposure to tools and platforms such as GitLab, JavaScript, Azure, AWS, and data cataloging tools.
Additional Requirements
- This role is ONLY available for work in specific (24) US locations.
- Preference for candidates working in Eastern Standard Time.
