Manager: Internal Communications / Marketing Communications

Job Summary
Collaborate with firm leadership to define internal communications campaigns and develop messaging across email, intranet, video, and print media. Supervise the Internal Communications Specialist and London-based CRM team while producing content that reinforces firm values and drives engagement. Advise business services departments on communication strategies and manage the firm's intranet home page and internal messages database. Provide editorial oversight for graphic designers and review external newsletters to ensure alignment with firm initiatives. Maintain the internal messages database and handle ad-hoc tasks as required to meet firm goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
- Demonstratable progressive experience in marketing communications, journalism or other communications roles
- Experience writing and editing high-quality, content-driven internal communications materials
- Strong working knowledge of all aspects of writing and editorial, including familiarity with editorial style manuals
- Outstanding writing ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with all levels of the Firm and outside vendors
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment and effectively support the demanding needs of the Firm
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with shifting priorities
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative
- Strong customer service skills and ability to anticipate needs and exercise independent judgment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion
- Exercises solid strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
