Job Summary
Manager/Senior Manager, Internal Communications responsible for developing and executing internal communications programs that inform, connect, and inspire employees while helping bring the company’s mission, culture, and business priorities to life across a growing global organization. Partner with Corporate Communications, Human Resources, IT, Facilities, and other functions to deliver meaningful communications and foster an informed and connected employee community. Lead intranet strategy and governance, oversee internal campaigns, leadership communications, and employee experiences. Based in South San Francisco, CA with HYBRID work arrangement across global locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, business, marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations or a related field
- Biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and employee communication tools
- Experience developing communications and content for employees, leaders, and executive audiences
- Ability to translate complex business information into clear, engaging content
- Experience building or evolving communications programs within a growing organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
