Job Summary
Lead audits covering technology environments underpinning ASX’s operations, including platforms, applications, cyber security, data and emerging technologies. Responsible for audit planning, fieldwork and reporting, delivering value-added findings, and driving changes while supervising staff. Develop and implement the Internal Audit strategy, contribute to risk assessment and audit planning, and partner with stakeholders to improve governance, risk management and internal controls. Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and ensure high-quality, on-time, on-budget audit delivery; support broader risk-management initiatives and continuous improvement of the Group’s controls and resilience. Demonstrates strong relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills, with experience in financial services technology audits and data analytics; eligible for or possessing relevant professional certifications. Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading audits relating to financial services and technology risk
- Strong knowledge of technology risk, IT controls, and governance
- Ability to lead audit planning, fieldwork and reporting; deliver value-added findings
- Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience in managing audit teams; leadership capabilities
- Certifications in auditing or security (CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP) are beneficial
