Manager Internal Audit

Manager Internal Audit responsible for guiding and executing internal audit activities at leading organizations. Coaches team members, monitors project progress and quality, and identifies opportunities for new assignments. Serves as a sparring partner for clients and colleagues and actively contributes to innovation in the field by integrating AI, data analysis and technological advances into audit processes. The team is multinational, collaborative, and values collegiality and continuous learning. The Governance, Risk & Compliance Services team at KPMG is diverse, energetic, and ambitious, with about 80 colleagues working in varied teams on a wide range of internal audit advisory projects. The role requires an advanced WO degree (ideally in accountancy or business administration), at least 5 years of relevant internal audit or risk management experience, and strong communication and coaching leadership skills.
