Job Summary
Lead and oversee risk-based internal audit and advisory engagements across diverse businesses within the Swire Pacific Group. Plan, manage, and supervise audit assignments to ensure delivery to a high standard while coaching team members through supervision and capability-building initiatives. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, monitor management action implementation, and support investigations and special projects with independent professional advice. Build relationships across the Group and enhance audit practices using data analytics, technology, and approved AI tools. Requires 10+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in data analytics and AI, and fluency in English and Chinese. Application deadline: 30 August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, accounting, risk management, IT audit or a related field
- Exceptional knowledge of risk-based auditing, internal controls, governance frameworks and audit reporting practices
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in data analytics, technology-enabled audit techniques and digital tools
- Familiarity with emerging AI-powered tools and the ability to apply them appropriately to enhance productivity and day-to-day work effectiveness
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high professional standards
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

- CPA, CIA, CISA or other relevant professional qualification
