Manager, Internal Audit

Lead and manage internal audit activities for the Cross Border line, focusing on SOX compliance, risk assessment, and audit fieldwork. Coordinate with co-sourced partners and Corpay’s Global Internal Audit function to plan, perform, and test compliance programs, develop analytics-driven procedures and custom reporting, identify control weaknesses, and drive remediation with senior management. Engage with multiple business functions to understand regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, conduct risk-based audits, prepare draft reports, and conduct opening/closing meetings with key stakeholders to ensure timely closure of findings. Build and maintain relationships with business management and second-line functions, while supporting special projects and data analyses requested by Senior Management. Qualifications include 5+ years in internal/external audit, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance (or related field) with an accounting designation, and strong knowledge of auditing standards and SOX; a proactive, independent, self-motivated approach with excellent communication and project management skills.
