Job Summary
Manage the design center by coaching teams to meet sales goals, driving new business through grassroots marketing and trade partnerships, and ensuring compliance with all company policies. Lead monthly P&L reviews, conduct performance appraisals, and oversee inventory reconciliation while developing business plans with designers to increase market reach. Provide training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service, propose innovative strategies for growth, and build long-lasting client relationships. Work holidays, evenings, and weekends with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of experience
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive relevant work experience and practical interior design experience

- Broad knowledge of interior design
