Job Summary
Intelligence Manager embedded within the Embedded Intelligence Services division, serving as an intelligence and travel security specialist on a half-time basis and leading a team of analysts. Responsibilities include acting as the primary client contact for intelligence and risk management requirements, researching and producing written intelligence products, delivering timely and actionable analyses, managing client expectations, and mentoring multiple analysts. The role entails overseeing analytical output on global security threats, developing and maturing intelligence programs, coordinating with internal stakeholders, providing threat briefings to client leadership, and supporting the expansion of EIS capabilities. Requires five years of experience in intelligence or travel security, strong client-service and relationship-management skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple analysts and programs while delivering high-quality intelligence products for diverse clients.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience in intelligence analysis, travel security or a related field required
- Strong familiarity with Crisis24 (or similar) Intelligence and Integrated Risk Management platforms
- Customer service experience in a client-facing role
- Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, highly flexible, and possesses a strong initiative
- Information Security policies and practices
