Job Summary

Lead or co-lead intellectual property engagements with responsibility for direction, quality, and delivery; oversee and actively participate in research, modeling, and financial and economic analysis; develop reports, exhibits, and demonstratives that translate complex findings into clear conclusions; mentor and develop team members; build trusted client relationships through responsive communication and strong project management; support business development and thought leadership; contribute to expanding the team’s use of AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and document workflows; collaborate with engagement leaders to strategize engagement approaches, oversee progress, and report on critical path items; analyze financial statements, accounting records, and other documents to identify insights across engagements; assist with drafting expert reports related to patent, copyright, and trademark infringement and trade secret misappropriation; proficient use of MS Office tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-year undergraduate degree with a concentration in economics, finance, mathematics and/or accounting
  • 3-6 years of relevant professional experience in damages quantification, preferably related to intellectual property disputes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills in finance, economics, and/or accounting
  • Significant experience assisting with the preparation of expert reports and supporting analyses
