Job Summary

Manager, Integrated Marketing & Demand Generation leads cross-functional, full-funnel B2B marketing programs across Harbor’s Retail, Digital, Convenience, and Casework segments. Responsible for multi-channel campaigns (email, ABM, Social, PPC, SEO), defining value propositions, building a cohesive Master Brand voice, optimizing the lead lifecycle from awareness to Sales Ready, and driving MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline velocity. Oversees content assets (vlogs, case studies, whitepapers), evolves five web properties with focus on UX and CRO, and collaborates with Sales on ABM for must-win enterprise accounts. Manages marketing spend and provides monthly CAC, marketing-sourced revenue, and channel performance reports to Executive Creative Director. Limited travel to Grand Haven HQ roughly quarterly. Required: Bachelor's degree, 8-10+ years marketing experience, CRM/marketing automation proficiency, agency management, self-starter.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • 8-10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience
  • 2+ years in a strategic leadership role within manufacturing, technology, or complex services environment strongly preferred
  • Experience with Marketing Automation (Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and CRM systems (Zoho or Salesforce)
  • Experience managing external agencies and freelancers
  • Must be self-starter, able to move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
