Job Summary
Manager, Integrated & Brand Operations drives the execution of 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across DTC, retail, and e-commerce channels. Partners with the Director of Integrated Marketing to translate strategy into integrated campaigns, maintains brand storytelling consistency across campaign assets, in-store and digital shelf executions, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Creative, and Sales. Owns copy ownership and messaging consistency across channels, collaborates with Product Marketing on messaging frameworks, and supports trade marketing initiatives for Ulta and Amazon, including launches and seasonal campaigns. Helps drive experiential, PR, and influencer integration, and contributes to post-launch analyses. Requires 4–6+ years in integrated marketing, trade marketing, or brand marketing, with consumer retail familiarity, strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and a keen eye for brand voice and retail-channel execution.
