Job Summary
Conduct consulting missions and lead projects for customers in the Belgian insurance sector, personally delivering services and steering the work of other consultants. Steer consulting teams on mission and coach consultants within the Insurance business line. Participate in developing market share by prospecting, writing proposals, and managing customer relationships, with support for business development in The Netherlands if necessary. Develop deep knowledge of Belgian and general insurance market evolutions, analyze business model trends, and create thought leadership materials such as case studies and expertise letters. Requires a Master's degree, 5 to 10 years of experience in financial services consulting, and fluency in Dutch and English.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from a first class university (business, engineering, economics, ...)
- Fundamental insight in the insurance market
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company in the Financial Services sector
- Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial person, and proven business development skills
- Ability to monitor company or market trends, evolutions, new challenges and triggers actions within Sia to adapt our offering or launch prospection
- The candidate has successfully conducted relevant projects and managed teams
- The candidate has personal domains of expertise and is ready to personally deliver consulting services
- You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer
- Languages: Dutch and English
- We are unable to provide a work permit for this position
