Job Summary
Lead the design and execution of multiple global learning programs for GOA, translating business objectives into impactful learning strategies and measurable outcomes. Develop learner-centric experiences across modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, microlearning), create high-quality content aligned to adult learning principles, collaborate with cross-functional SMEs, facilitate training sessions when needed, lead complex projects with multiple dependencies, partner with LMS/HRIS teams for optimal deployment, oversee QA of SCORM-enabled assets, and build a long-term curriculum roadmap aligned to evolving business needs. This manager-level IC role combines learning strategy, content development, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven optimization to drive adoption, standardization, and measurable performance impact across a global footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or operational training
- Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
- Experience designing process-driven or systems-based training in a global, matrixed environment
- Hands-on experience with eLearning development, SCORM, and LMS platforms
- Ability to translate complex workflows and operational processes into clear, actionable learning experiences
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across global teams
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience linking learning to business and operational outcomes
