Manager, Insights, Data & Intelligence

Senior Manager, Insights, Data & Intelligence role focused on turning data into strategic insights that drive storytelling, campaign performance, and business outcomes. You will be client-facing, partner with internal teams and clients to deliver actionable insights tied to brand reputation, campaign performance, thought leadership, sustainability, and corporate communications. Responsibilities include developing strategic insights for communications and campaigns, translating data into narratives for senior stakeholders, deep-diving into data with complex datasets, monitoring earned/owned campaign analytics, identifying cultural signals and audience behaviors, overseeing social listening programs using tools like Brandwatch and Sprinklr, applying AI capabilities to enhance insight generation and forecasting, and delivering easy-to-understand social analytics with strategic implications within a collaborative team. The role supports clients such as The Coca-Cola Company, Verizon, and Google and can be based in Atlanta, NY metro, or Los Angeles, with relocation assistance available for Atlanta.
