Manager - Inside Sales

Manager - Inside Sales oversees execution of strategic direction and performance of inside sales activities in assigned markets, collaborates with Inside Sales Supervisor to staff and direct the inside sales team, and provides leadership toward profitability and growth with customers aligned to the company's vision. Responsibilities include executing the business plan and sales strategy for the branch, partnering with supplier partners, coaching and mentoring inside sales personnel, delivering customer-centric solutions, coordinating with branch and field sales leaders, maintaining strategic account oversight, conducting performance reviews and training needs assessments, developing action plans for lead generation, implementing marketing plans, coordinating cross-divisional activities, maintaining pricing and activity records, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Qualifications emphasize a high school degree with at least 2 years of inside sales management experience; travel up to 25% is required.
