Job Summary

Lead a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators, who facilitate a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients, families and referral sources, to advance patients into Charlie Health’s program. Responsible for hiring, training and performance reviews, coordinating schedules, ensuring high contact center service levels and call quality, maintaining timely communication with clients and referral sources, resolving concerns, meeting KPI targets (time-to-admission, patient satisfaction), and developing best practices across the Admissions and Discharge process while partnering with Executive Leadership to report on team performance. Requires 3-6+ years of leadership experience in admissions and/or sales, Salesforce proficiency, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with HIPAA policies and Microsoft/Google tools. Remote-capable role with #LI-REMOTE.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-6+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of Admissions and/or Sales Reps
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong proficiency in multitasking and operating in a high-paced environment
  • Experience in behavioral health is a plus
  • Familiarity with HIPAA policies is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
