Job Summary
Lead a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators, guiding a high-volume inbound/outbound call flow to facilitate admissions for prospective clients and families. Responsibilities include hiring, training and performance reviews, scheduling, maintaining service levels and call quality, coordinating with internal teams to meet KPIs (time-to-admission and patient satisfaction), and driving the admissions process from inquiry to program entry. Requires 3-6+ years of leadership in admissions or sales, Salesforce proficiency, and comfort working in a high-paced, remote-capability environment; familiarity with HIPAA policies and behavioral health context a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of Admissions and/or Sales Reps
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong proficiency in multitasking and operating in a high-paced environment
- Experience in behavioral health is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
