Lead and motivate a remote sales team to exceed sales goals and KPIs across the North Americas territory for Adobe's Digital Media portfolio. Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and developing sales strategies to identify customer needs while driving performance through collaborative efforts with marketing and sales operation teams. Requires expertise in sales processes, advanced knowledge of digital sales technologies, and the ability to analyze data for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate with over 10 years of experience in Field Sales and/or Digital Sales
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively in a virtual environment
- Demonstrated success in defining and implementing sales processes that drive results
- Proven ability to communicate and present new ideas and proposals
