Job Summary
Create test plans, build test cases, and automate testing processes for the Data Labeling and Compliance Team. Lead QA analysts in performing user acceptance testing for Enterprise Application Services, Microsoft Azure Information Protection, and M365 migrations. Obtain testing artifacts, track results, and communicate findings to key stakeholders while managing remediation testing. Guide the team in automating UL test cases and implementing scripts using Jira and Confluence. This role supports the M365 program rollout within RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Currently living in Puerto Rico
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Experience with software quality assurance (QA) methodologies and testing practices
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience analyzing system functionality and documenting software defects
- Experience preparing technical documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Basic familiarity of Azure Information Protection
- Familiarity with codeless automation tools
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools
- Capable of leading QA meetings
- Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
