Manager, Infrastructure Architecture & Automation

Job Summary
Oversee infrastructure architecture across compute, storage, network, and cloud; partner with Application, Security, and Project teams to design resilient, efficient solutions; ensure designs align with corporate cloud strategy with on-prem for sensitive workloads; lead automation initiatives to reduce manual processes, improve service consistency, and increase operational efficiency; develop frameworks for infrastructure-as-code, orchestration, and automated monitoring; drive adoption of standardized automation practices across Infrastructure teams; manage enterprise capacity planning across on-prem and cloud environments; monitor infrastructure utilization trends and recommend actions for scaling, optimization, or cost control; collaborate with peers to optimize Azure and M365 spend through right-sizing, reservations, scheduling, and elimination of unused resources; implement governance practices to ensure cost visibility and prevent resource sprawl; continuously evaluate cloud utilization to ensure cost-effective operations.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, engineering, or automation
- Experience managing technical teams
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365, virtualization, automation frameworks, and hybrid cloud connectivity
