Job Summary
Manager, Information Assurance Services at Aprio leads client delivery across SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, HIPAA, and HITRUST engagements, ensures high-quality delivery, manages relationships and staffing, helps grow the IAS practice, and mentors staff. The role requires management experience in audits, strong written and verbal communication, and a consultancy mindset with ability to lead engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, support business development, and train team members. The position sits within a risk advisory and assurance services team at a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm offering hybrid/remote work options and a broad benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Certification: CPA
- Certification: CISA
- Certification: CRISC
- Certification: CIPP
- Certification: CISSP
- Certification: CISM
- At least five (5) years of experience in IT audit or consulting, or equivalent in financial audit
- Minimum of one (1) year of management experience in audit
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Propensity to learn and invest in self-development
- Commitment to exceptional client service and creative problem-solving
- Flexible, self-starter with ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management
- Ability to lead engagement teams, review work papers and testing, and manage client relationships
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Ability and desire to assist with sales and growth of the practice
- Ability to project manage including multiple delivery teams and clients
