Job Summary
Lead influencer marketing strategy end-to-end across paid, organic, UGC, and ambassador models; directly manage and develop a team of Influencer Marketing Managers; personally own Relay's highest-stakes creator relationships and ambassador deals; drive creative strategy and measurement infrastructure, budgeting, and reporting; partner with Brand, Demand Gen, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing to scale creator partnerships and ensure brand-safe, compliant programs for fintech-focused growth.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing roles (including at least 2 years as a people manager)
- proven track record of pioneering non-obvious creator partnerships
- experience building and scaling a creator program in a high-growth environment
- strong storytelling and creative concepting instincts with hands-on content development
- experience building top-of-funnel and conversion creator motions and associated measurement (brand lift, payback, etc.)
- ability to collaborate across Brand, Demand Gen, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing
- deep platform fluency across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, podcasts, or newsletters
- strong negotiation skills with experience structuring high-six and seven-figure creator deals
- comfort with FTC compliance, usage rights, and brand safety
- AI fluency in outreach, briefing, and analysis
