Job Summary
The Influencer Marketing Manager builds and executes the influencer strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across digital and social channels. Responsible for managing influencer partnerships end-to-end, including strategy, creator sourcing, campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields, along with strong collaboration skills and a robust network of influencer relationships. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of social media dynamics, campaign execution, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or DTC
- Strong network of influencer and creator relationships across multiple tiers
- Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting
- Deep understanding of social platforms, creator trends, and influencer performance metrics
- Strong collaboration skills with creative, ecommerce, and performance marketing teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with affiliate influencer programs and performance tracking tools
- Knowledge of FTC guidelines, contracts, and content usage rights
- Exposure to omnichannel or local store ambassador programs
