Job Summary
Manager – Incubation & Partnerships will drive Digantara’s growth beyond its core business by building and managing the company’s incubation ecosystem while developing strategic partnerships that expand capability, market access, and long-term value creation. Responsibilities include building and operating in-house incubator programs, sourcing and onboarding founders and venture opportunities, structuring engagements, defining performance metrics, and managing portfolio reporting; and leading partnerships across commercial, government, defense, and research institutions, from opportunity assessment through negotiation and ongoing management. Requires 2–4 years in venture building, incubation, partnerships, or startup operations, with strong analytical, deal-structuring, and stakeholder-management skills, plus the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and to collaborate across product, engineering, commercial, and policy teams. Preferred: experience founding a company or working in incubators/venture studios; exposure to investment structuring, licensing, or joint ventures; cross-border partnerships; and a background in aerospace/defense or deep-tech; MBA or CA.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in venture building, incubation, partnerships, corporate development, venture capital, or startup operations.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and deal-structuring capabilities.
- Experience working with founders, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a high degree of ownership.
