Responsibilities include hiring and developing associates, ensuring LMS and vendor trainings are completed, verifying ASE certifications, scheduling to meet customer needs, coaching through regular meetings, and managing communications and workflow from service desk to technicians. The position emphasizes safety as Priority #1, adherence to service codes and regulations, daily facility and equipment upkeep, and participation in off-site trainings. Four main areas drive the role: workplace safety and policy compliance, team development and coaching, operational readiness (facility, equipment, and service flow), and ongoing adherence to the VIP service standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus relevant automotive management experience and certifications.
