Job Summary
Manage Taco Bell unit operations by controlling food, labor, and expense costs while driving sales growth through improvements in speed of service and food quality. Ensure adequate staffing, maintain strict sanitation and safety compliance, and handle guest complaints to protect repeat business. Perform hands-on duties including food preparation, cash register handling, and equipment maintenance checks. Conduct performance appraisals, hire new crew, and coach all team members to meet certification standards. Provide daily operational feedback to leadership and foster a positive work environment. This internal promotion requires a current shift manager with six months of supervisory experience and the ability to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Possess a minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed
- Basic math and reading skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
- Comes to work with good hygiene
- Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time
- Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees
- A positive, friendly, and courteous attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Strong preference for an internal promote who has completed all required learning zone training and certifications
