Job Summary
Conduct inbound and outbound customer conversations, asking direct questions to understand needs and guide clients through financial solutions. Overcome objections and handle hesitation by applying immediate feedback to build confidence and resilience. Maintain engagement during uncomfortable interactions while consistently performing in a structured, goal-driven environment. Work a 40-hour week Monday through Saturday with competitive compensation and bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
- Reliable form of personal transportation
- Valid Driver's License
