Job Summary
The Manager in Training program at Drury Hotels is an intensive 14-week experience for recent college graduates aiming for a career in hospitality management. Participants will gain hands-on experience in various hotel operations, report to the General Manager, and work closely with a mentor. Responsibilities include rotating through areas such as housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, leadership experience, and be passionate about guest experiences. The program supports career growth with mentorship and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old at the start of the program
- 100% relocatable after program completion
- Nine months of prior work experience (hotel or restaurant preferred)
- Leadership experience (work or classroom)
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field
- Energetic, personable, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
