Manager in Training TN

Provides leadership and direct supervision for operations of a Taco Bell Unit as Manager in Training. Trains employees, responds to guest service needs, and role-models skills and behaviors to ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, building maintenance, product quality, and speed of service. Exercises hands-on operational work as needed to train staff and support guests. Manages cost categories (food, labor, cash and controllable expenses), drives sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality, maintains adequate staffing, conducts performance appraisals, handles hiring, coaches and develops team, ensures compliance with local/state/federal laws, maintains safe and sanitary restaurant environment, ensures preventative maintenance, delivers excellent guest service, provides feedback to area coach, and manages turnover. Prepares food as needed, handles cash register operations, and adapts to changing duties. The role measures performance by sales, cost controls, and various operational metrics.
