Job Summary

Meet monthly income and expense budgets by reviewing financial performance reports and setting strategy for revenue management and expense control. Schedule timely completion of make-readies, service requests, and pool/spa maintenance with vendors and maintenance staff. Manage lease renewals, resident retention, and new move-in orientations while conducting market analysis and leasing tours daily. Prepare and approve payroll records, manage staff issues and performance evaluations, and oversee vendor relationships for pricing and quality. Process resident applications, financial tasks, and deposit accountings accurately. Maintain office inventory, equipment, and property improvements to meet quality standards. Assist with recruiting associates and mentor all site staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in property management or related field
  • 7+ years of management experience
  • Successful completion of the Manager in Training curriculum within 12 months
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong motivation to learn & contribute on a daily basis
  • Experienced in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of English
  • Detail oriented
  • Well organized
  • Must agree to a criminal background check
  • Sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
  • Must have access to personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation at all times
  • Driver's license, vehicle and vehicle insurance must be valid and unexpired at all times
  • Match the country in which associate will work
  • Ability to work outside of normal scheduled hours as needed
  • Willing and able to be assigned to other Weidner properties as needed

  • Comply with all Fair Housing, local, state/province, and federal laws
  • Prompt, regular attendance

Desired Qualifications

  • Yardi and Paycom experience
  • Willing and able to learn new software programs
