Job Summary
Conduct extensive training across all departments to master every aspect of the business and prepare for any management position. Ensure a "FUN" atmosphere by identifying and resolving issues impacting guest experience while maintaining high cleanliness standards. Act as Manager on Duty, manage floor operations, validate compliance, and oversee inventory and delivery check-ins. Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
