Job Summary
Manager in Training role focused on developing future store leaders through hands-on coaching and ownership of the customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients and customers, identifying needs, promoting available products and services, resolving complaints effectively, achieving sales goals in a compliant retail environment, maintaining brand standards and safety (OSHA), and performing basic housekeeping as needed. Requires leadership ability and a proven track record in customer service and sales within a fast-paced retail setting; associates degree or 2 years of store management experience preferred. Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs. Optional optical experience and proficiency with MS Word/Google Docs are a plus.
