Job Summary
Gain comprehensive training across Production, Sales Operations, and other departments to build the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position. Work under the direction of experienced professionals while taking ownership of branch operations within the insulation business. You will rotate through several areas to learn every aspect of running a branch, including duties in the office and field operations environments that may require standing, walking on uneven ground, and lifting under 25 lbs. This role involves up to 20% travel for training and potential relocation for permanent assignment. QXO is North America's largest distributor and installer of insulation and aims to become the tech-enabled leader in the building products industry.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license (if operating a Company Vehicle)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction management or distribution services
- Must be willing to travel as needed for training
- Must be willing to relocate for permanent assignment
Desired Qualifications
- Operations Management experience, preferably in building materials or construction related industry
