Job Summary

Coordinate and direct operations for SBM sites, including preparing service schedules, assigning personnel to routes, and inspecting establishments for safety and quality compliance. Manage inventory, review customer service requests, and implement policies while acting as a liaison between the company, clients, and subcontractors. Assist with budgeting, vendor contacts, and long-range planning, ensuring a safe work environment and adherence to federal regulations. This 9-week Manager-in-Training program immerses participants in site leadership, progressing from day-one operational involvement to real-scenario application by week three, with graduates stepping into operations leadership roles. The role requires a natural leader willing to relocate, with bilingual skills and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • A.A. Degree required in Business Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Completed all safety and task training certification
  • May be required to have a valid driver's license
  • May be required to be forklift certified
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
