Manager In Training - Sales

Manager In Training at Goldfish Swim School overseeing daily operations, staffing, customer service, and sales/marketing duties across the facility. Responsibilities include directing daily operations to align with SOPs, supporting the General Manager and department managers, managing staff productivity and employee satisfaction, coordinating class scheduling and customer service with deck supervisors and teachers, providing sales and marketing training to staff, overseeing retail and vending product mix and pricing, training private party staff, gaining proficiency in technology platforms for bookings and scheduling, and implementing the Emergency Action Plan and safety procedures. Requires high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred), lifeguard/CPR/AED and first aid certifications, and two+ years of management experience preferred; Spanish-speaking ability preferred to support Spanish-speaking customers.
