Job Summary
Oversees daily operations of Goldfish Swim School, including staffing, cash management, customer service, retail and vending, birthday party operations, and workplace employee activities. Directs and trains staff, supports General Manager and department managers, provides sales and marketing training to qualified staff, manages retail and vending departments for proper product mix and pricing, trains private party staff, and ensures safety procedures and Emergency Action Plan adherence. Maintains current certifications and professional knowledge in aquatics and management, fosters a positive workplace culture, and pursues opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor and/or childcare provider required
- Lifeguard, CPR/AED and first Aid certification required
