Job Summary
Oversees the daily operations of Goldfish Swim School, directing and coordinating staff to ensure smooth operations across classes, scheduling, customer service, birthday-party operations, and retail/vending. Provides sales and marketing training to staff, maintains safety and EAP procedures, ensures high employee satisfaction, supports department managers, and drives overall quality and growth initiatives through leadership development, training, and operational oversight.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor and/or childcare provider required.
- Lifeguard, CPR/AED and first Aid certification required.
