Job Summary
Retail Manager Trainee program to prepare future store leaders through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience in one of the Midwest's most respected family-owned jewelry companies. Responsibilities include sales and customer relationship building, leadership and team development, store operations and inventory management, hiring, training, and coaching employees, merchandising and visual presentation, business planning and performance management, and achieving sales goals and driving profitability. You will work alongside experienced leaders who will provide training and support to prepare you for a future management role. Open to relocation for advancement opportunities and a long-term career in retail leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management, sales, leadership, customer service, business, or personnel management is preferred, but we are willing to train individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.
