Job Summary
Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, vehicle production, customer care, and personnel. Responsibilities include partnering with the Environmental Health and Safety Team, managing and developing staff, overseeing staffing levels, and driving store performance. The role requires effective communication of policies, preparation of operating reports, and compliance with laws and regulations. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, have experience managing teams, and possess solid quantitative abilities to analyze financial performance. Physical activities include standing and manual dexterity, with some exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude
- Minimum of a 3 year's management or leadership experience in the automotive field
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Solid quantitative skills to understand store financial performance and operating statistics
