Job Summary
This role involves managing all aspects of store operations, including sales, vehicle production, customer care, and personnel management. Responsibilities include partnering with the Environmental Health and Safety Team, training Managers in Training and other roles, staffing oversight, driving sales performance, preparing operational reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and quantitative skills, alongside management experience in the automotive field.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 year's management or leadership experience in the automotive field preferred but not required
- Good interpersonal skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude
- Solid quantitative skills to understand store financial performance and operating statistics
- Able to handle multiple priorities while performing quality work in an efficient manner with minimal supervision
- Able to work required hours including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
