Job Summary
Conduct hands-on leadership training across multiple functional areas while supporting store leadership in coaching, developing, and motivating team members. Deliver exceptional customer service standards by resolving concerns effectively and promoting a safe, welcoming environment. Gain exposure to daily operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising execution. Interpret basic financial metrics to drive department performance and partner with cross-functional teams to support company objectives. Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training processes while building foundational skills in delegation and accountability. Work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with an average of 40–50 hours per week during training.
Required Qualifications
- Average 40–50 hours per week during training, based on business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, carrying, pushing, and ladder use.
- Regular computer work requiring close vision.
- Occasional travel for training or support at other locations.
