Manager In Training

Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff while overseeing gym operations to ensure positive member experiences. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and addressing service issues, plus supervise all team members during the Club Manager's absence. Ensure prompt opening and closing of the gym, maintain cleanliness and inventory, and coach team members to achieve company standards. Complete the MIT training guide and demonstrate adherence to all policies and procedures. This role prepares candidates for future club manager positions within the fitness industry.
