Manager In Training

Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience while assisting in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and resolving service issues, and provide backup support to the Club Manager as needed. Supervise all team members during the Club Manager's absence, ensure prompt opening and closing, and maintain cleanliness and inventory levels. Assist in scheduling, coaching performance, and implementing company policies and marketing promotions. Complete the MIT training guide successfully. This role prepares candidates for future club manager positions within a team focused on customer service excellence.
