Job Summary
The Manager in Training will support the Store Manager in Stafford, TX in daily retail operations including selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; will supervise in the Store Manager’s absence and be trained in Store Manager responsibilities; promote services and merchandise while upholding company policies; deliver outstanding customer service to acquire and retain customers; manage inventory movement, analyze sales, and help drive store profitability; provide guidance to employees and ensure adherence to policies across departments and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience in footwear or athletic apparel
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in supervising or training employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-player with customer service focus
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to engage in selling, merchandising and promotions
